Picture frames.
As with everything I build these include the same quality as if I was hanging them on a wall in my home.
What possibly sets them apart from most is that alot of what you see here were built from tree branches and trees that came from people's property. This makes them special because the tree provided more than shade or fire wood.
It became something useful that framed a memory.

Top left frame is walnut with cedar embelishments.
The frame to the left is made from apple wood from a tree cut down in my yard.
The frame to the right is cherry. Made from a tree cut down in my yard. The trunk was 6 inches across and was being destroyed by termites.
I was not able to salvage much from the entire tree, that stood about 25 foot tall.

5X7 hinged cedar frames.
Made from a cedar tree that was cut down on these folks parents' property.

Frame made from mahogany and maple. I came across a furniture manufacturer that had piles of scrap laying around in a huge pile out back of their plant.
The pieces ranged from two to ten foot long and not much wider than two inches wide.
I do not use the typical picture hanging hardware with the sawtooth design. Instead I route a channel in the backside of the four pieces. This provides a cleaner look so the picture hangs flush against the wall as opposed to making the top hang out some

The frame to the left is made from walnut.
The frame to the right is cedar. Made from some 4 inch branches from a cedar tree in my yard that needed some trimming.

Made from some oak branches that were cut off a tree during trimming on these folks parents' property.

Since these items hang on the wall, I figured this was as good a place as any to show them.
To the left is a Great Dane logo emblem used for the trailers built by the Great Dane Trailer corporation. It is generally mounted on the front or nose of the trailer.
To the right is a floating shelf.
Mounted correctly, this can support quite a bit of weight.
